Our Story

Marriage rates have been dropping for years and several churches decided to wave their fees to help make marriage affordable. One wedding planner started reaching out to local vendors to join with the church giving lower rates. She was delighted to find several companies agreed to deliver the same quality service at more affordable rates.

Phil and I started the Once Upon a Time Garden back in 2006. This was our way to share the love we found together. I'm proud to be a member of Make a Wish Wedding! We lost Phil a two years ago but his memory and love for young couples is eternal.
